Organizing and managing projects, organizations and companies often quickly becomes a confusing and complex endeavor. Organizing is a very important skill and orchestrating a complex organization is a very special one.
On 05/19/2022 from 2-5pm, the online workshop: „Learning Orchestra Canvas“ – A Systemic Method for Leadership, Innovation and Responsibility in the Workplace will be held online.
This workshop will help you to:
- understand a holistic method of building organisations
- process a shared vision, mission, goals and values
- organize systemic change and impact
- creating your own (learning) organisation
- outline your own learning organization.
